Installations for vacuuming gypsum mixture

We offer installations for mixing gypsum mixture under vacuum.

The need for gypsum molds with a smooth surface, no air bubbles and a long service life has led to the development of machines for mixing water and gypsum under vacuum. In order to meet the requirements of all our customers, from decorative ceramics manufacturers to sanitary porcelain manufacturers, we offer a wide range of mixing plants, manual or automatic, and in different sizes:

Vacuum mixer mod. "15" is intended for the production of decorative ceramics.

Vacuum mixers mod. "30" and "30/S" are intended for the production of sanitary porcelain or for casting large molds.

Automatic mixing plants mod. "30/1000", "50/1000" and "100/1000" are intended for the production of plaster molds, tableware and sanitary porcelain.

Mixing plant mod. "250/3000" is intended for the production of large-sized molds (for example, for casting sanitary ware) and other needs.
